Terms of Service

These terms apply to the personal development and testing use of Gifts In Seller Tools.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Gifts In LLC. They do not create an agreement between you and Etsy, Inc.

2. Personal Development Only

The application is currently exclusively for my personal development and testing purposes only. I am a solo developer building a tool to manage my own Etsy shops. I have no plans to offer this service to any other users at this time.

3. Access

The application is not open for public registration, public login, public API testing, paid subscription use, or use by any other users.

4. Etsy OAuth Authorization

Any private Etsy shop data must be accessed through Etsy OAuth 2.0 authorization. You must not share Etsy passwords with Gifts In LLC or any application operator.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not scrape Etsy or attempt to bypass the Etsy API.
  • Do not bypass Etsy checkout.
  • Do not use the application for spam or unsolicited marketing.
  • Do not connect any shop that I do not own or directly operate.
  • Do not use the application to support prohibited items, infringement, or other misuse.

6. Fees

There are no fees during the personal access developer-preview phase.

7. Availability

The application is provided for development and testing. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

8. Termination and Disconnection

Gifts In LLC may limit or terminate access if needed for security, compliance, or misuse prevention. Users may request disconnection and data deletion through the support and data deletion channels.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
